Cailey began working with Heather in the 1990s and now manages the team. She has driven the growth of the team and oversees all elements of the team’s transactions. She has a strong work ethic, down-to-earth nature, straightforward approach and relates easily to clients. Cailey grew up in Moore Park and now lives in Bennington Heights with her husband James, daughters Mimi and Pippa and son Declan. Undertaking many renovation projects of her own, including a rebuild of her family home, Cailey is well positioned to offer renovation advice and ideas to clients with knowledge of the costs involved. When looking at properties, she has the experience to point out subtle considerations such as flow, space, light, room utilization and orientation of a home. She enjoys matching people with the right home and builds lifelong relationships with clients.
